ABOUT MY PHOTOGRAPHY:
ABOUT ME:
Yes of course. I always ask for a list before the wedding of any group images. This way you can spend the time figuring out all the different combinations you would like before hand rather than taking up valuable time on the wedding day. These images are important and especially for parents and family. Please note if you wish to add extras or change anything on the day this is absolutely fine with me too. I try to keep this time to max 20 minutes so everyone can enjoy the wedding reception.
Yes. I always photograph any details I can and aim to photograph the dress, shoes, flowers and all the details of the tables set up. I understand the work that goes into the details on the day and having images of these are very important.
I am always open to any ideas you have on the day and will be happy to discuss and ideas you may have.
There will be a little posing during the family photos and the couples portraits but I will guide you through this. Some couples love the portrait time and really love posing for the camera. Others like minimal fuss and I can adapt accordingly. I like to keep the family photos to a minimum and this way your day is not interrupted. My style as a wedding photographer is very natural with a documentary style. On the day I like to be present but discrete. I like to be in the middle of the action to get the best shots but I get my shot quickly and will soon be out of the way. I always have great feed back from my clients who tell me I put them at ease all day.
I usually like to do the family (group) photos sometime after the ceremony and before dinner. I aim to take the couples portraits when the light is at its best. This is usually the time just before sunset. I don't spend more than 15 minutes and often this time works well while all the guests are getting seated for dinner. Sometimes the time can be split, especially if you are having a church ceremony. 5 minutes of portraits is sometimes all you need to have some photos in the location around the church and then we can have 5-10 minutes back at the venue. I really try to make sure the photography throughout the day does not intrude on the day.
No. I understand that sometimes things can run late and are out of anyone's control. Even if things are running late, I will always stay to capture your first dance and some dancing after.
I aim to get all the edited images to you no later than 8 weeks after the wedding. This is the absolute maximum and where possible I will deliver a lot sooner than this. I also provide a small edit to get to you within approx 1 week after the wedding. A little teaser shall we say. You can upload these on social media and send to family and friends. They are also great on thank you cards too.
Its really hard to give you an exact number as each wedding is different and vary a lot with what is happening on the day and also how many guests there are. For a full day you will have a minimum of 450 but this number could be a lot more depending on the the day.
Yes of course. I will send you a link to all the edited images and you can download the larger files to print and enlarge. I will also provide a lo resolution for social media. All images are without water marks and I grant full copyright release to you to use the images how you wish.
I cover a large area in Spain and UK where the travel is just part of the job. I will let you know at the enquiry stage if there will be any added expense. I am happy to travel anywhere so please do not hesitate to get in touch if you have a wedding in another country. I will travel 2 days before the wedding and can offer a package which covers any pre and post wedding celebrations.
I would love to meet you face to face to discuss your day. However this is sometimes not always possible due to the large area I cover for wedding photography so if it is not possible to meet we can chat over skype or any similar platform.
